1. Overview
These Terms govern your use of the PopDocs website and Chrome extension. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use PopDocs.
3. Service Scope
PopDocs is a tool for accessing Google Sheets and Drive files. We do not store or read the contents of your files. Use of the service requires a Google account, which remains subject to Google’s own policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer the extension, use it for unauthorized purposes, or interfere with its infrastructure. Violation may lead to suspension of access.
5. Limitation of Liability
PopDocs is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, PopDocs and its owners will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.
